DELIVERY DATES, TIMING & LOCATIONS
We deliver on specified dates and time slots which will
be provided on the calendar upon check-out via our logistics partner.
We are happy to deliver island-wide, except for the following locations:
Jurong Island, Penjuru, Tuas
CHANGES TO DELIVERY TIMING/ LOCATION
Any changes to the delivery timing have to be done
at least 24 hours in advance via email to email@example.com
with the subject (Delivery Change).
Kindly ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address on
the chosen date and time stated to collect the flowers personally.
Our logistics partner will deliver your flowers within the time slots chosen. We are unable to guarantee the exact time that your order will reach you. If you require your order to reach you at a specific time (e.g. 6pm - 7pm), there will be an additional surcharge of S$25 nett.
In the event that a re-delivery is required, an additional fee of S$25 nett will be applied to your order.
We do not bear any responsibility for any missing or incorrect information. This extends to, but not exclusive of: incorrect address, no answer from both recipient and sender, incomplete address (no unit number, etc.).
We will contact you directly to schedule a re-delivery and additional payment has to be made prior to the re-delivery.
