What are your package prices?Leave us a message on our Contact page! We will get in touch with you with our catalogue in the next 3 days.

Who will I be liasing with?One of our friendly Gethitched team members will get in touch with you. All quotes and consultations are absolutely FREE with no obligations.

How long before my actual day do I need to place an order?Majority of weddings fall on a weekend and some are really POPULAR dates. Talk to us early after confirmation of your wedding date and venue to reserve your ideal package. We generally recommend at least 6 months to 1 year before your actual date.

How many bookings do you take a day?We only take 1 lunch and 1 dinner slot per day. Chat with us and book early to avoid disappointment.

After confirmation, how much is the deposit?The deposit is 50% of your total package price, the remainder can be fulfilled 1 week before the actual event. Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Are there any additional or hidden fees? (Delivery, Set Up, etc.)Our prices are NETT! All delivery, set up, tear down and miscellaneous charges are all inclusive in your package price.

Can I expect the decorations to be the same as illustrated in your catalogue or website?Our experienced wedding stylists will style your decorations according to the look and vibe of your venue. As every wedding is unique, we want that for all our couples too! But rest assured that the overall vibe of your preference will remain the same.

What flowers do you use?All of the flowers for our decorations and props are artificial. In the event you require fresh florals for your wedding, do let us know in advance! Additional charges may be added for fresh florals.

Will your packages go out of stock?Unfortunately, our unique decorations and props are limited. It is advised to order and reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Can I visit you at your office?Unfortunately our office is not available for visiting as our team are working round the clock to prepare for our clients. If you wish to meet up with one of our team members, chat with us via Whatsapp and we can find suitable arrangements specially for you.
