Who will I be liasing with?
You’ll be in touch directly with our wedding consultants, who will guide you from enquiry through to your actual day.
How long before my actual date do I need to place a booking?
We recommend securing your date at least 6 months in advance, with most couples booking around 1 year ahead, as popular dates tend to fill up quickly.
How many bookings do you take a day?
We take on a maximum of 2 setups per day to ensure each wedding receives the attention and quality it deserves.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due 1 week before your event.

All pricing shared is transparent. Additional charges only apply if there are requirements outside the original scope, such as early setup timings or special requests.
Can I expect the decorations to be the same as illustrated in your catalogue or website?
We always aim to achieve the same overall look and feel. However, final styling may vary slightly depending on the venue, layout, and lighting conditions.
What flowers do you use?
We work exclusively with high-quality faux florals, carefully selected and styled to achieve a natural and refined look.
Can I request a face to face consultation?
Yes, we offer consultations via Zoom/Teams, or on-site at your venue (subject to availability).
I would like to visit your office to view the floral options, how do I make an appointment?
Our studio is primarily used for preparation and is not open for visits. We’ll be happy to share detailed photos, videos, and references to help you visualise the setup.
